More tourist pictures...

Not only did Mom and dad go to the mountains, they went to see another dog! I was most impressed this time though, they went to Central Park in NYC to see Balto!
(click to read more about Balto)
Is he not perfectly BeaWoootiful!
They also went to the Cloisters,
part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. it is full of medieval art

St. Patricks Cathedral
A typical shot
Times square
No they did not see Asta, Petey or the NY bully Brats or any of those doggies. Mom says most of the time they were cleaning and sorting out a house full of stuff from the past 90 years... it was a mess too, as he had not lived in it for over two years being in the hospital and nursing homes.
Tomorrow Mom says I get to go to Dog School again with her, yah!

Balto was a very impressive Husky! We were wondering if there were ever any basset heros?
Loved the touristy pics especially the cathedral.
Loved the circular blue stained glass window!
All the shots were great - our mum has always wanted to visit New York and visit Times Square - one day maybe.
Thanks for sharing the cool pics.

Well Kira I think you are a very nice dog, to agree to post your human's tourist pictures even when they didn't actually take you along. Personally I would be tempted to go on strike, but then I am a stubborn old chap! At least, I guess, the fact that they took those pictures of Balto shows that they may have been thinking about you..
Cheers, H.

Well, at least it looks like they got to see some of the Big Apple's highlights. Mom vows she will not leave a house full of years of collecting - she had to go through that with her parents' home and it was not fun.

We were happy you included a pic of you and Scampi too.

Momma says that she's dreading having to clean out grandma's house when that time comes.

But we'd love to go see the Balto statue. I think Brice would still try to get it to do zoomies.

Balto is certainly cool and gets paws up from us, but that first picture is our favorite.
