We went back to Hontoon Island State Park this past weekend,
for our annual Kick-off Cruise with our Boat club.
We took a lovely ride on the St.John's River.
The St. Johns is the longest river in Florida - 310 miles long.
It is one of the few rivers in the United States that flows north.
We saw lots of yummy birdies, but no gators today.
Back at the dock Scampi looked for something to herd... but only saw a turtle
and I took a nice nap on the dock
more pictures tomorrow!
