I can not believe how cold it has been here lately.
Mommy bought me this nice little coat to help keep me warm.
I like to wear it all of the time, even inside
I get so chilled, even though Kira The Furry thinks I am a wimp
and I won't go outside to play sheep-herding with her. I know she misses being chased around like a sheep, (She even make strange noises that kind of sound like one.)
She keeps calling me outside,wooooo, but Brrrrrr!
Mom say it will be warm again soon, then I will take off my coat and go out to play.
In the meantime I think I will sit by the fire and enjoy the warmth.

What a nice coat - we don't blame you - we like to sit by the fire too, but we also love walking in the snow and now that it's crunchy we love walking on top of it.

What a nice coat you have there, Scampi. We know a lot of dogs don't like the cold like we do, but we don't think you are a wimp at all. Not all of us are made the same, so no problem for us, pal. You not only have a nice coat but it sure looks like you have a cozy chair and blanket right by the warm fire - great plan, Scampi.
