Re-digging up...

...a freshly seasoned pig's ear from last week. Remember how hard I worked at seasoning my pigs ear, well it rained too, which really helped, so I dug it up and played with it a bit, I was in a joyful mood. Mum was not,  for it was in the wee hours of the morning, and the sun was not up yet, by the time Mum had found the flashy box I was almost done playing... and she was cold too,  in her jammies and bare feet outside.... silly Mum.....she needs to be more prepared next time...

I am adding this recipe to my special box of nummies.

Take one pigs ear.
Bury in soft black Floriduh dirt.
Let it sit till it rains for 2 days.
Uncover, enjoy!

Thanks,
Bonnie

That looks like fun! Is Scampy staying away cause woo would kick his butt if he tried to grab it? (That's what would happen around here.)

We were so glad it was still there! We thought Scampi might find your ear Kira and eat it! You looked very happy indeed to find your buried treasure.
We do hope your mom doesn't catch cold. She wouldn't have stood outside in her jammies in Scotland we can tell you!

Why is it Mama's do not know that we are ready to be cute at any given moment and they should just be prepared at all times??

Better for your mom to be outside dressed like that than ours! It's a tad chillier here!

You were definitely having fun with that pig ear. I think that the best time for play is when Mom or Dad wants me to go inside.

That is EXACTLY the perfect way to season our chewies! We do that with our rawhides all the time, and you are right... the rain DOES help flavor them a LOT. Even sometimes makes them SMELL more! The Country Corgi Crew
