Finally went to beach!

It was too windy and the currents were too strong to stop
and beach the boat anywhere to go swimming.

On the last night, just at sunset,  Mom took Scampi and I fur a little walkie
and we found a beach!

She let me go in, but Scampi was afraid and ran off to be with Dad
who was taking my picture.

It was so nice a cool to feel the saltwater once again,
even if I had to be on a leash!

I even let them pose me fur a sunset picture, although I did not look at the camera!

Pee Ess Woo!-All of woo were asking about seasick dogs, no, neither Scampi or I have ever tossed up anything in the boat (or out of the boat) from seasickness. we do not go out in rough seas, the ones in yesterdays video were only about 2 ft seas, and Mom will NOT allow anything more than that, or she will get sea sick.

That silly Scampi. You look soooo cool in the water--both in temperature and attitude. Do Huskies just like water, whether frozen or not?

What a wonderful walk by the beach!
You look like a model by the sunset.
I am scared of the waves and water!

Another gorgeous Sibe. Any relation to Khyra? No? Just thought we'd ask.

Thanks for coming by. We're glad to meet you and Scampi. Looks like you have interesting adventures. We've never been on a boat.

Thanks for answering my question. I was thinking about that this morning! The seas looked higher than 2 feet! LOL

Going to the beach is always fun! Do you get washed after going into the water - or do your humans live with a couple of salty dogs?

Kira the pictures of you at the sea were beautiful - we especially liked the last one.
Scampi missed a great photo opportunity there - we find the sea a bit scary cos it moves!
Our humans find it relaxing and you seemed to be very relaxed.

I too was wondering about sea sickness. Thanks. As for you, I got your bad recall comment and sure enough, you're demonstrating it here. You may want to work on that. As for the rattlesnake vaccine, definitely enquire about it. You can also join special classes that teach you to stay away from the rattlesnakes. Oh, and thank you so much for the suggestion to use heat for Linguini. It seems to soothe her aches some. :)

Oh how fun to play in the ocean! My Duchess gets really sea sick so I don't think we will ever get to go on the ocean in a boat. We are sure looking forward to warmer weather so we can get wet too!
