Getting there....

We had a long car ride at night.
Here we are stopping for gas in the truck...

We went all the way to a place called Sareeesoda, Fl..

It was rather dark to see me, and Dad did not let Mom take flashy pictures when he was running the boat, as she had to help me navigate.

When we got to the marina we saw a strange creature in the water.
A  friend caught  him in his net to let us see it better.
Mom and I had never seen anything like it before. They were called

Sea Hares

DISTRIBUTION

All around the world in temperate and tropical waters.
The sea hare squirts dark ink
I wanted one fur a snack but Mom would not let me
as she did not know if I would get the sickies if I ate it.
We slept late the next morning but it was a sunny,
beawoootiful day fur a boat Ride!

 Lets go!
 What BeaWootiful  water color
 Oh Happy Day!

Thanks for showing the sea creature, we've never even heard of one of those, much less seen one.

You were just meant to be chauffeured on land and sea, Kira. You are so cool.

I love the boat name! And I'm glad you didn't snack on that funny looking critter, I's be willing to bet that poop scooping duty would be most unpleasant...
